We provide full scale assistance to specify, procure, purchase, install, upgrade, commission and validate lyophilizers. We have associations with major lyophilizer manufacturers and used equipment dealers.
Our Projects
We have assisted clients with all aspects of their new or used lyophilizer purchase and installation. Over the past 40 years, we have purchased, installed, commissioned and validated more than 20 systems for past employers, contract customers, and most recently, our own contract manufacturing business. We are currently assisting a customer with installation, start up, commissioning and validation for their 2 new 1100 square foot lyophilizers.
About Us
We have been in the business of procuring, installing and starting up lyophilizers (freeze dryers) for over 40 years. Over that time, we have been involved with lyo systems as small as 8 square feet and as large as 1100 square feet. We recently sold our 40,000 square foot manufacturing plant with 6 clean rooms and 6 lyophilizers that we designed, built and operated. We have experience with manufacturing, lyo cycle development, lyophilization, and packaging, for pharmaceuticals, nutritionals, medical devices and food products. Please give us a call.
